Privacy policy

Core subscription data stays on your iPhone. SubMT does not connect to your bank or access your whole inbox.

Receipt Inbox is optional and uses Sign in with Apple. Only messages you choose to forward to your private SubMT address are processed. Raw email is temporarily handled by our email delivery provider and deleted after SubMT processes it; SubMT retains only the structured draft described below.

To operate Receipt Inbox, SubMT stores an Apple private user identifier, inbox alias, APNs device token, sender domain, and structured receipt drafts. Drafts contain the extracted service, plan, amount, currency, cadence, and relevant billing dates. Reviewed drafts are automatically removed after 30 days.

Photos or files shared directly with SubMT are processed on your iPhone and are not uploaded. Local renewal reminders stay on device.

Delete local data removes subscriptions on this iPhone. Delete Receipt Inbox account removes its server-side identifier, devices, inbox alias, sessions, and receipt drafts.
